Each and every one of us has our own stories of disconnection, loneliness, and trauma. At All Parts, we believe that personal and collective healing comes from a sense of embodiment. It comes from bridging the gap between past, present, and future; between mind, body, and soul; and between doing and being.

A more holistic approach to traditional talk-therapy, 1:1 work focuses on working through past traumas and old patterns that are keeping you stuck and frozen, wreaking havoc on your physical and mental health, and leaving you wondering if you'll ever feel "normal" again. We focus on building safety in the body, gaining a deeper, more embodied understanding of your patterns/behaviors, processing the past so you can live in the present, and cultivating courage and self-trust to engage more fully in your life, even when it feels challenging and sticky.
An online community to support the thawing and softening process that happens when we begin to heal from our wounds and traumas. This membership emphasizes developing consistent and sustainable practices and rituals to support integration, connection, and courage to start living life on your own terms, even if that means going against cultural and familial expectations.
2x weekly live 30-minute yoga breathwork practices, a robust library of recorded practices and meditations, monthly live conscious connected breathwork journeys, educational workshops and resources, community engagement, and more.
Eliza offers educational and experiential group coaching programs that blend her knowledge in somatic psychology, integrative health, and yogic philosophy. These programs provide tangible tools and educational resources to support participants in deepening their awareness of the patterns that keep their mind and bodies stuck and help build capacity to sit with the emotions and stories they've been suppressing and avoiding so they can feel more capable of living a life full of presence, meaning, and purpose.
