“I've found a more in-tune harmony with myself. This practice gives it's own kind of “instant gratification," but what's more powerful are the subtle shifts that feel deeper and that I've been noticing over the months since starting the first practice I joined. Simply amazing. Thank you!"

MORE FROM PAST PARTICIPANTS:

"very accessible, low pressure, lots of flexibility to do live or later with recordings... I also found it unexpectedly emotional at times, the lives zooms felt like a very safe space"

"Nourishing. I liked doing the same kriya repeatedly and that each session was unique at the same time."

"This was an invitation to leave the noise and relentlessness of my daily life for a short time everyday, and enter the space of my way of being, to give attention to what is there, and to engage more fully with it."

"Uplifting, positive, helpful"

"This course gave me the courage to finally quit my job, and start my biz"

Build resilience through breathwork and movement practices that help us get back into our body so that we are better able to sit more fully in the present moment

Kriya yoga helps move stagnant energy, emotion, and thinking patterns in the body and mind so you can release what is no longer serving you and make space for new, more enlivened, ways of being

When we connect back into our bodies, we're able to build a trusting relationship where we can better listen to ourselves in the here and now

In my late teens and early 20s I suffered from dissociation, depression, and feelings of not belonging that I now know were connected to childhood trauma. Reconnecting to my body through various somatic work (much of which I share with All Parts Home members), reclaiming and loving hard on my wounded parts, and learning to trust my Self have allowed me to cultivate the capacity to stay present to life’s ups and downs.

I hold two Masters degrees and have over 5000+ hours of advanced breathwork, yoga, and somatic training. I bring this holistic wisdom into everything that I do. My approach sees mind, body, and soul as equal pieces to the puzzle that makes you, you. I don’t shy away from the more “woo” and spiritual sides of healing, but I also maintain a deep understanding of more evidence-based practices. My clients always emphasize that working with me feels different than any other therapist they’ve worked with in the past, because I have a unique educational background that truly looks at you as a whole, complex person.

What type of yoga and breathwork are we going to be doing?

15-Day Practice q+A:

Eliza pulls from over 2000+ hours of various styles of breathwork and yoga training to guide you. For this Seeds of Spring practice we will be committing to a kriya (a set of yogic postures and exercises) that is from the kundalini yoga tradition. This is not your normal yoga flow class; it utilizes repeated movements and breathwork to support detoxification and insight. This style is not recommended for those who are pregnant or suffering from serious mental or physical diagnoses. Eliza encourages you to go at your own pace and listen to your body.

When are the dates of the live guided practices? Are there recordings if I can't make it live?

The live classes will be on March 19, March 22, March 25, March 28, and March 31st. Each class will be from 9:00-9:30am EST, and the recording will be sent out immediately afterwards for those who can't make it live. Each recording will be used for 3 days before the next live class/recording. We invite you to join at any point during this practice! You will have immediate access to the recordings for any live classes you may have missed.

Do I have to commit to doing it for the full 15 days?

The intention is that you show up for your practice for 15 consecutive days, however what's even more important is that you listen to your body and start to cultivate a consistent practice not from a place of willpower but rather from a place of compassion and flexibility. You will have access to the recordings and course material for 20 full days in case you miss a few days and want to make them up.
